Christmas at Dakota Wesleyan Concert Scheduled for December

Members of the Mitchell community and surrounding areas will be warmly welcomed to one of Dakota Wesleyan University’s signature holiday events.  The Ron and Sheilah Gates Department of Music will come together to perform this year’s Christmas at Dakota Wesleyan concert, “Rejoice!”

The concert will include multiple musical selections with performances by The Dakota Wesleyan Choir, Highlanders, Wesleyan Band, LyricWood orchestra, DWU Jazz Band, and Wesleyan Bells.

The concert is scheduled for Friday, Dec. 9, at 7 p.m. in the DWU Sherman Center. Tickets are $10 and may be purchased online at https://www.dwu.edu/performing-arts/tickets, by calling 605-995-2603 or at the door the night of the performance. Seating is limited so advance ticket purchase is encouraged.  The concert will also be livestreamed at www.dwu.edu/live.
