City Hall Sidewalk Removed for Reconstruction

0Comments

With Phase 1 of the Main Street reconstruction project finished up – minus the installation of new, permanent street lighting  – work at the north end of Main Street & on side streets is underway. Today’s demolition between Main & Poplar on Third Street included the removal of the sidewalk providing access to the front entrance of City Hall. Only gravel is expected to be in place for several weeks.

In the duration, those who typically drop off utility payments at City Hall are welcome to instead place their payments in the drop box at CorTrust Bank; the box is located just off of Poplar Street at the entrance to the CorTrust drive-thru. Be sure to enclose payments in marked envelopes.
