Mitchell Area Development Corporation (MADC) Regional Workforce, in partnership with the Mitchell Department of Labor, are holding a Workforce Wednesday Hiring Event at participating businesses in Mitchell. Rosewood Court Assisted Living, Trail King Industries, Enclose Manufacturing, Toshiba, Enertech Global, Twin City Fan, Culver’s, Abbott House, Edgewood Memory Care, Performance Pet Products, Hearing Plus LLC, Jimmy John’s, Avera Queen of Peace Hospital, & Stepping Stones Rehabilitation Services will open their doors to all job seekers. Visit one or more of these employers on February 1st, 2023, from 1:00-4:00pm, at their walk-in hiring event. Fill out an application and have the possibility for an on-the-spot interview. If you would like to have an immediate interview, please fill out the application before hand and bring it with you. The Workforce Wednesday Hiring Event will occur every month on the 1st Wednesday. Check the Mitchell Chamber Development Facebook page each month or the digital display board across from the Corn Palace for a list of businesses opening their doors for walk-on-hiring opportunities on Workforce Wednesday. ** Bilingual staff will be available at Trail King Industries.
