The Connect Mitchell Committee of the Mitchell Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a Lunch & Learn on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 from Noon-1 p.m. at the BankWest – Mitchell North meeting room. We will host an educational lunch on Mental Health with virtual guest, Amber Reints, CNP, PMHNP, Clinical Program Manager at Avera McKennan Behavioral Health.

Lunch & Learn Objectives:- Why is Self Care Important in Today’s Complex World?- Challenge the Barriers to Practice Self Care- Talk about Self Care Strategies to Improve Communication to Decrease Stress

Registration is $15, which includes lunch (sandwich, chips, cookie, soda/water) and a seat during the program.

If you are interested in attending the program and do not want lunch, there is a registration option to attend without lunch at no cost. There will also be a link provided to attend the program virtually.
