In addition to Sayre Associates being on site & accessible throughout the City of Freeman’s multi-million dollar Main Street reconstruction project, they also provide regular updates. Phase 2 of the project is now underway and you can read more about it the latest newsletter, volume 10. Be aware that in addition to the work progressing at the north end of Main Street, work on side streets is now underway. Third and Fourth Streets from Poplar to Main (on the east side of Main Street) are closed to traffic, though sidewalks in front of businesses are still in place and accessible.
