NOTICE OF HEARING UPON APPLICATION FOR SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

 Pursuant to SDCL 35-2-3 through SDCL 35-2-5, inclusive, notice is hereby given that the Alcester City Council will hold a Public Hearing on August 1, 2022 to consider the applications of Total Stop Food Store and JKVB LLC for an off-sale liquor license.   A copy of the proposed application is available for public review at Alcester City Hall in the office of the Finance Officer during regular business hours.

 The public hearing will be held at the following time, date and location:

August 1, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. CST

Alcester City Hall;  Old School Center;  500 Dakota Street, Alcester, SD
