The City of Mitchell received an application for a special events that will be considered at the August 1, 2022 City Council Meeting.  The application can be viewed on the August 1, 2022 City Council Agenda at https://www.cityofmitchell.org/AgendaCenter.

  • Grace Baptist Church, Vacation Bible School Family Night August 12, 2002 from 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM.  The application includes a road closure on Douglas Avenue from Edmunds Street east to the Alley.
  • DWU Blue & White Days Parade on October 1, 2022 from 10:00 AM- 11:00 AM.  The application includes the following closures: Main street from 9th Avenue to Railroad Avenue and Lawler Street from 7th Avenue to 9th Avenue and the Public Parking Lot (Disco Parking Lot) between 7th & 9th Avenue and Kimball & Lawler.
