Census Bureau: More men than women in Marty in 2019

Of the 316 people living in Marty in 2019, 41.5 percent (131) were women and 58.5 percent (185) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Southeast South Dakota News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 101-to-70. In the 65 and over age range, there were five females and eight males.
