Of the 254 people living in Geddes in 2019, 52 percent (132) were women and 48 percent (122) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Southeast South Dakota News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 68-to-56. In the 65 and over age range, there were 20 females and 17 males.
