Of the 233 people living in Delmont in 2019, 49.4 percent (115) were women and 50.6 percent (118) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Southeast South Dakota News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 80-to-75. In the 65 and over age range, there were 17 females and 11 males.
