We here at the Beresford Police Department are seeking one(1) proactive individual to join our team as a full-time patrol officer. Benefits include;
• Certified starting wage is $20.26 - $25.32 per hour depending on experience
• $1.00 per hour night and weekend differential
• Bi-weekly pay
• 10 paid holidays, with double time paid while working the holiday
• Every other weekend off
• 100% paid health insurance for the employee
• AFLAC polices
• South Dakota State retirement, class B, 8% match
• Up to 14 days off a month
• 92 hours of vacation per year
• 144 hours of sick time per year, 48 hour can be used as personal leave
• Employees are eligible for a city wide union membership
