Of the 250 people living in Mission Hill in 2020, 38 percent (95) were women and 62 percent (155) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Southeast South Dakota News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 57. In the 65 and over age range, there were 15 females and 12 males.
