The North Sioux City Parks and Rec Board will be hosting its second annual TRUNK OR TREAT at the City Hall parking lot on October 30 from 2 PM – 4 PM. If you are interested in decorating a trunk please sign up through the North Sioux City Parks and Recreation Facebook page!
