Clay County and the City of Vermillion Planning Commissions to hold Public Hearing on CUP application. Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Clay County Planning Commission & the City of Vermillion Planning Commission at 5:30 pm on October 24th, 2022, at 25 Center Street, Vermillion, SD 57069 to hear, consider, and act on the following:
A Conditional Use Application on land located approximately at 2509 E Main St Vermillion, SD 57069 for an Accessory Structure (garage). The legal description is: Lots 1 of Groh Addition, in the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW1/4NE1/4) of Section 20, Township 92 North, Range 51 West of the 5th P.M., Clay County, South Dakota, according to the recorded plat thereof, Fairview Township.
