With Hutchinson County continuing to be under a winter weather warning, offices at Freeman’s City Hall will be closed until at least noon on Friday, December 16; the situation will be reassessed at that time. Friday’s garbage collection route is still scheduled to run, but it will be delayed until later in the morning.
